Strawberry Bliss Balls

Let’s be real — when I first made these Strawberry Bliss Balls, the bliss ball craze was already in full swing. But guess what? It wasn’t just a fleeting trend. Years later, they’re still going strong, and for good reason.

Bliss balls have become a go-to snack because, let’s face it, we’re all busier than ever. Yet, we still want to nourish our bodies with wholesome, natural ingredients — even when it comes to snacking. That’s where these little bites of goodness come in.

What makes bliss balls so popular? They’re ridiculously easy to make and endlessly customizable. You can switch up the nuts, seeds, or spices. Roll them in anything from matcha and cacao to melted chocolate or freeze-dried fruit powder. The options are as limitless as your imagination.

Now, let me introduce you to my personal favorite: Strawberry Bliss Balls. Bursting with bits of strawberry, these bite-sized treats are sweet, satisfying, and a little too easy to grab from the fridge. Consider yourself warned — they disappear fast!

Ready to whip up a batch of these healthy, fruity snacks? Let’s get rolling!

Ingredients:

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 130 grams of granola dust
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 strawberries, quartered

How to make them:

1. Add all the ingredients (except the strawberries) to a food processor. Blend until everything is well combined.

2. Take a piece of strawberry and wrap the dough around it, rolling it into a ball.

3. Pop the bliss balls into the fridge for at least 10 minutes to firm up.

4. Enjoy every bite!
