Delivery

Ah, that delightful feeling when you’ve made an online purchase. Knowing that your freshly baked granola is being packed with love just for you!

I can certainly relate to that feeling, especially when it comes to food! We ship our packages three times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2:00 PM. If you order the day before, your package will be included in that day’s shipment! Occasionally, it might take a little longer because all our granola is freshly baked, but don't worry—we’ll keep you updated via email.

If you order over the weekend, your items will be shipped the following Monday. You will always receive an email confirming your order and another one once your package is on its way.

At Naturally Granola, we take great care to package our granola so that it arrives in perfect condition, minimizing the chance of damage.

Shipping

Naturally Granola ships internationally, and we don’t want to make money from shipping costs. That’s why we offer a standard shipping rate for both within the Netherlands and abroad. We assess the shipping costs for each country individually.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, Naturally Granola has a standard rate of €6. This applies to any package weighing up to 31 kg! So, you’re probably good to go with that. And if you spend over €49, we’ll cover the shipping costs for you!

If you live outside the Netherlands, we can still ship to you. For international shipments, we calculate different rates depending on the destination country. If your country isn’t on our list, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help and find a solution for you!
