We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naturally Granola purchase. If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or subscription, here’s what you need to know:

1. Subscription Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account on our website. Once cancelled, no further payments will be processed, and no future deliveries will be made. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any payments already processed before the cancellation.

2. One-Time Purchases:
For one-time purchases, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that your order has not already been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

3. How to Cancel:
To cancel a subscription or order, simply log into your account and navigate to the "Subscriptions" or "Order History" section. Follow the instructions to cancel. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

4. Refunds:
For cancellations made within the eligible period, you will be refunded the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Refunds for orders already processed or shipped are not possible.
