A Berry Chia Pudding That Changed Everything

Created by Annemiek from @miekeats
The first time Annemiek tried chia seeds, she wasn’t impressed. But like all good food stories, this one has a delicious plot twist. Enter: the berry chia pudding that changed her mind — sweetened only with fruit and a touch of maple syrup, and easy to prep ahead for peaceful, nourishing mornings.
This recipe is the perfect balance of fruity, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. And of course, we couldn’t help but top it off with a generous handful of Floral Fig Naturally Granola — because even the prettiest puddings need a bit of crunch.
Ingredients
-
75 g frozen summer fruit, thawed
-
½ ripe banana
-
5 tbsp + 3 tbsp chia seeds
-
100 ml (plant-based) milk
-
A splash of vanilla extract
-
1 tsp maple syrup
-
100 ml (plant-based) yoghurt
-
20 g Floral Fig Naturally Granola
-
Optional: fresh blueberries for topping
Method
-
Peel the banana and blend it together with the thawed summer fruit and 50 ml water until smooth.
-
Stir in 5 tbsp of chia seeds, then divide the mixture between two small jars or bowls.
-
In a separate bowl, combine the plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and the remaining 3 tbsp of chia seeds. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
-
Spoon this creamy layer over the berry mixture.
-
Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set.
The next morning:
Top with your favorite plant-based yoghurt, a sprinkle of Floral Fig granola, and some juicy blueberries. That’s it — breakfast is served.
A gentle reminder:
This is one of those recipes that feels as good as it tastes. Packed with fiber, naturally sweet, and full of texture — it’s a little love note to your body and your taste buds.
