Created in collaboration with 3-Michelin-star chef Gert De Mangeleer, Spicy Chocolate Corn is an unexpected masterpiece: rich Belgian dark chocolate meets the sweetness of freeze-dried corn and a subtle kick of pink pepper. It starts soft and sweet, then evolves into a surprising spicy finish—baked into extra crunchy clusters.

    Deep dark chocolate and toasted oats up front, a gentle sweet-corn note in the middle, and then—just when you think you’ve got it—an elegant, peppery warmth that lingers. Bold, balanced, and seriously moreish.

    Even with all those flavour layers, texture stays the star: we bake for big crunchy clusters, then add ingredients like roasted hazelnuts and cacao nibs for extra bite. It holds up in yogurt, milk, and on breakfast buffets.

No, we use real dark chocolate. Which we melt, and make into our own custom chocolate bark filled with nuts and pumpkin seeds.

What’s the shelf life?

Shelf life is 5 months. For best crunch, keep it properly sealed after opening.
