Doe de oreokoekjes en granola in een foodprocessor en maal fijn.
Smelt de boter en roer dit onder de gemalen koekjes. Beboter en bebloem de taartvormpjes en verdeel het deeg erin.
Duw goed aan met je handen.
Zet dit even in de koelkast tot je vulling klaar is.
Warm de room op tot het heet is. Haal van het vuur. Doe de melkchocolade en pure chocolade hierbij, en roer tot alle chocolade gesmolten is.
Giet de chocoladeganache over de koekjesbodem en zet de taartjes weer in de koelkast.
Zet minstens drie uur koud.
Werk af met wat gesmolten witte chocolade en fruit naar smaak.
