Yogurt bowl with granola

This yogurt bowl is delicious for breakfast, but also great to serve for dessert. Bo became inspired after she received a package with Naturally Granola and delicious products from Nomadschai

  1. First, make the stewing pears.
  2. Place the stewing pears in as small a pan as possible.
  3. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.
  4. Add this to the pears along with the cinnamon stick, the Nomadschaik spices and three strips of lemon peel.
  5. Now add the red wine and thick juice and top it up with water until the pears are completely submerged.
  6. Place the stewed pears on low heat and simmer for at least 1.5 hours with the lid on the pan.
  7. Remove the stewing pears from the pan and set them on a plate. Put one or two tablespoons of the cooking liquid in a small pan and bring it back to a boil.
  8. Stir the cornstarch with a very small amount of water to form a paste.
  9. Add this porridge piece by piece to the sauce while stirring until it has a nice thickness. Cut the cooking pears into pieces.
  10. Divide the yogurt among four bowls and spread the stewed pears on top with a little sauce from the stewed pears.
  11. Finish with the granola as a topping.
