You might know me already, but maybe you don't. I am Tiara, co-founder of Naturally Granola. We are a company in the Netherlands which started over five years ago. Naturally Granola was born because we (my partner Nikos and I) are serious foodies who find the balance between delicious and healthy food very important. Healthy is great, but if it doesn't taste good, I'm not interested.
Two years ago Naturally Granola (NG) started working with influencers. The biggest reasons that I decided to start this were because I wanted to increase our brand awareness and gain more user-generated content.
At this point I was still really looking at which influencers I liked, who I really believed in. And mostly which ones I really connected with. Lucky for me, everyone I collaborated with was super nice to work with. But after doing this a couple of months, I decided that I wanted and needed more. I wanted to really build a community!
I started with a group of five female influencers, ones with whom I wanted more than just a one time collab. I wanted long term relationships, where we can learn from each other. Where we could really grow together.
As a starting entrepreneur I did not have the budget to pay for collaborations, so I looked for alternatives. I was more than willing to offer free products, but really wanted to give as much value as I could. How I did this? You're about to find out!
Why did I decide to write this?
This past year I have been getting DM's on Instagram, as well as emails from more and more (food) businesses with questions about my ambassadors program. Questions about how I find the right ambassadors, what I offer them in return. And lots and lots of comments about how they think my Instagram feed @naturallygranola looks so great. My feed consist mostly of ambassadors that I work with! So endless content is definitely one of the bonus points. After two years of collaborations I decided to share what I've learned.

This e-book consists of seven modules, with a few extra bonus chapters at the end. In these modules I will tell you a bit about what ambassadors are, why you should work with them, what they could do for your brand, how to find the right collaborations, what agreements to make with them, and how to offer them value.
