Tiramisu a la Tatum

Tiramisu remains one of the highlights of Italian cuisine. I've always wanted to make it myself, but then I wanted a version that was alcohol-free and just a little bit healthier. This tiramisu was a great success at home. Are you ready to get started?

  1. Make the coffee and let it cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, make the cream layer: beat the milk, yogurt and protein powder with the hand mixer until a mousse forms, add the sweetener and beat again.
  3. Place the vanilla cream in the refrigerator while you make the cake layer.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers into the cold coffee and place in a bowl. Spoon the vanilla cream onto the cookie layer and finish with all the toppings.
