Smoothiebowl with dried fruit and granola
This delicious smoothiebowl is from Charlotte, also known as foodalot on Instagram. This is perfect if you fancy a nice colourful autumn dinner. The smoothiebowl is delicious with dried fruit and of course a Naturally Granola crunch!
- 100 ml coconut water
- 100 gr frozen mango
- 100 gr frozen banana
- 50 gr grated carrot
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Optional: A little honey for a sweeter taste
- Throw everything together and mix it in a mixer to a nice smoothie
- Sprinkle some delicious granola, dried fruit and some dried berries over the bowl to finish it.
