Smoothiebowl with dried fruit and granola

This delicious smoothiebowl is from Charlotte, also known as foodalot on Instagram. This is perfect if you fancy a nice colourful autumn dinner. The smoothiebowl is delicious with dried fruit and of course a Naturally Granola crunch!

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 100 gr frozen mango
  • 100 gr frozen banana
  • 50 gr grated carrot
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Optional: A little honey for a sweeter taste

Method:

  1. Throw everything together and mix it in a mixer to a nice smoothie
  2. Sprinkle some delicious granola, dried fruit and some dried berries over the bowl to finish it.
