This delicious smoothiebowl is from Charlotte, also known as foodalot on Instagram. This is perfect if you fancy a nice colourful autumn dinner. The smoothiebowl is delicious with dried fruit and of course a Naturally Granola crunch!
Ingredients:
100 ml coconut water
100 gr frozen mango
100 gr frozen banana
50 gr grated carrot
Pinch of ginger powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Optional: A little honey for a sweeter taste
Method:
Throw everything together and mix it in a mixer to a nice smoothie
Sprinkle some delicious granola, dried fruit and some dried berries over the bowl to finish it.
