Rose & Pistachio Energy Bars

To celebrate the flavor of the month, we've put together a few special recipes for you that incorporate our "Belgian dark chocolate". Granola and chocolate lovers: this one is for you! Here's one of our favorites: energy bars with rose, pistachios, granola and chocolate!


Coating: 150 grams dark chocolate (95%)
Topping: chopped pistachios & dried rose petals.
Energy bars


  1. Blend the dates in a food processor to a paste. Add the nut butter and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Grind the granola into crumbs in a food processor.
  3. In a large bowl, add the date paste, granola crumbs, puffed quinoa, hemp seeds and pistachios and mix well.
  4. Line a square cake tin with plastic wrap and press the mixture into the tin. Press with the back of a glass.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the granola mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed.
  7. Finish with pistachios and rose petals. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into strips or squares before serving.
