Semolina Granola Tart

This light and crispy cake was made with you in mind. It's deliciously full of flavour and super easy to make, even if you're not a kitchen savvy person. A delicious recipe to complete any dinner, but also to start the morning delicious.

  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 3 tablespoons Agave
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Rice Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Roses and Cardamom Granola


  1. Put all ingredients except the blueberries and granola in a blender.
  2. When you have done this pour the mixture into an oven dish.
  3. Add the blueberries and granola on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake this for 30 minutes at 170 C.
  5. Enjoy it!
