HEALTHY NG BROWNIES

Are you also a fan of chocolate, but especially of our delicious chunky granola? Then this recipe is just for you. Natalia from Naturelle By Natalia created this recipe for everyone who really wants to enjoy a healthy dessert. They are made with roasted pumpkin and our delicious Signature Granola (Belgian Dark Chocolate, Speculaas or Giraffe's Coffee would also be delicious in this one).

Ingredients:

  • 160 gr. Roasted pumpkin
  • 20 gr. Ghee, melted
  • 50 gr. Coconut oil, melted
  • 200 gr. Melted dark chocolate
  • 5 Dates
  • 4 Eggs
  • 40 gr. Coconut flour
  • 35 gr. Whole wheat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bicarbonate
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Signature Granola

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 C.
  2. In a blender, mix the eggs, roasted pumpkin, dates, bicarbonate of soda and vinegar until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the granola. Mix well.
  4. Put your mixture in a 20×20 cm baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with Naturally Granola.
