This really is our best-selling granola ... because who doesn't love chocolate?
Our Belgian Dark Chocolate was developed when we were just starting out. We really wanted a chocolate version, and first did what everyone else does. We added cocoa... but, there wasn't a wow factor. Then I thought of Special K, who adds those very thin chocolate shavings in their cereal. And though this is better than just cocoa, it was a little sad.
So that's how we end up with our current recipe. Chunky granola, with handmade chocolate bark. Really created for serious chocolate lovers.

Ingredients: Oats, Belgian dark chocolate, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, date syrup, hemp seed, coconut, pistachio, macadamia, hazelnut, Brazil nut, puffed amaranth, mulberry, maple syrup, coconut oil.

Ahhhh how good to hear! Even before NG existed I was quite a fan of Special K with dark chocolate, only it always felt so pathetic those little mini pieces of chocolate. So when we started with NG I said to Nikos, ok these must be serious chunks! ??
