This really is our best-selling granola ... because who doesn't love chocolate?

Our Belgian Dark Chocolate was developed when we were just starting out. We really wanted a chocolate version, and first did what everyone else does. We added cocoa... but, there wasn't a wow factor. Then I thought of Special K, who adds those very thin chocolate shavings in their cereal. And though this is better than just cocoa, it was a little sad.

So that's how we end up with our current recipe. Chunky granola, with handmade chocolate bark. Really created for serious chocolate lovers.
