Pumpkin Pie Mousse

This recipe is from Sue of the Instagram page foodieroomie. This delicious pumpkin tartar mousse is easy, healthy, vegetable and above all YUMMY! This recipe is exactly what you need during the pumpkin season. 


Bottom layer:

Middle layer:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup silk tofu
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • A hint of vegetable milk

Top layer:

  • 1/3 cup soy yoghurt
  • Extra granola and fruit


  1. To make the pumpkin pie mousse, mix all the ingredients into a smooth mass and make different layers. Mix around the pumpkin, then the granola, and so on.
