PUMPKIN BROWNIES RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 160 gr Roasted pumpkin (with skin)
  • 20 gr ghee, melted
  • 50 gr melted coconut oil
  • 200 gr melted dark chocolate
  • 5 Dates
  • 4 Eggs
  • 40 gr Coconut flour
  • 35 gr wholemeal flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. bicarbonate
  • 2 Tablespoons of vinegar.
  • 1/2 Cup Belgian Dark Chocolate granola

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 C.
  2. In a blender, mix your eggs, roasted pumpkin, dates, bicarb and vinegar until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Put your mixture in a 20×20 cm baking pan, bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with additional Granola.
