Pink Pitaya Smoothiebowl

To bring back the summer, Manon from BelgianFoodIdeas made a fresh Pink Pitaya Smoothiebowl as a snack. And especially for those who love pink and bright colours, she chose one with pitaya, a.k.a. dragon fruit. This sweet cactus fruit has its origins in South America, but is now also being roasted in Asian regions. 

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 bag of pitaya pulp from The Holy Berry
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • 5 tbsp yoghurt
  • Toppings like granola, fruit, nuts and seeds, some mint leaves, etc.

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a blender until you obtain an even texture. Serve in a nice bowl and present with toppings.
