Delicious paleo chocolate cake

Dry cake Ingredients
- 3 Cups Almond flour
- 1 Cup Tapioca flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 Cups Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Raw cocoa powder
- 2 Teaspoons Baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Wet cake Ingredients
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Method
- Preheat your oven to 176 degrees Celsius.
- Grease three 8-inch cake pans and line the bottom with baking paper. Set them aside.
- Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Put all the wet ingredients in a separate medium-sized mixing bowl and mix together. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk together for 1-2 minutes to make your cake batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the three baking pans and bake for 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once the cake is completely cooled, you can start assembling it. Start with a layer of chocolate frosting, top with granola and then put a second cake layer. Then again with frosting and granola, until you have the third cake. Put the rest of the frosting on the outside of the cake and decorate with granola.
