  1. Preheat the oven to 170C.
    Process granola into fine crumbs in a food processor
  2. Mix with melted coconut oil and date syrup
  3. Fill greased cupcake or pie tins with the granola mixture, pressing gently with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Put them on a rack and let them cool down completely.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing the ingredients until smooth.
  6. Fill the baked granola cups with the cream cheese filling. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to overnight.
