Crackers and dip

True foodie Annemiek from @Miek_eats developed these delicious, unique granola crackers for Naturally Granola. Ideal for any kind of dip, but as a true pumpkin lover you really have to make this. Super easy and really delicious.

Method

  1. Remove the fig pieces from the granola, they make making a thin cracker a little more difficult. Crush the big chunks by squeezing them.
  2. Put the granola in a bowl, add the water, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160ºC and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
  4. Spoon the soft granola onto the baking sheet and make a nice thin layer. This is best done with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes at 160ºC
    until they are crispy.
  6. Let it cool on a cooling rack and break into pieces.

TIP: If you want nice straight pieces like the one pictured. Then take it out of the oven after 20 minutes, cut it into the desired shape and size and put them back in the oven to bake for the last 15- 20 minutes.
