Guava Coconut Protein Fluff

- 1 large banana
- 1 bag of guava pulp
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 20 grams coconut protein powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- Roses & Cardamom granola
- Strawberry syrup
- Place the fruit and milk in a blender and blend until smooth and frozen.
- In a large bowl, add protein powder and xanthan gum and mix for 5-8 minutes with an electric whisk.
- Top with granola, sprinkles and syrup and snack right away.
