Method

  1. Place the fruit and milk in a blender and blend until smooth and frozen.
  2. In a large bowl, add protein powder and xanthan gum and mix for 5-8 minutes with an electric whisk.
  3. Top with granola, sprinkles and syrup and snack right away.
