Guava Coconut Protein Fluff

Ingredients
- 1 Large Banana
- 1 Bag of guava pulp
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 20 gr coconut protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon xanthan gum
- Roses and Cardamom granola
- Strawberry syrup
- Sprinkles

Method
- Place the fruit and milk in a blender and blend until smooth and frozen.
- In a large bowl, add protein powder and xanthan gum and mix for 5-8 minutes with an electric whisk.
- Top with granola, sprinkles and syrup and snack right away.
