Green lunch salad with crunchy topping

My name is Alyssa. A 24 year old girl from Alkmaar who loves good coffee, photography, architecture and interior design.

As a social media marketing & advertising specialist I love to be on Instagram all day and get up happy every day with Facebook and Instagram as my newspaper! Besides social media I love to be an entrepreneur and I have a jewelry brand called ALYSS. I love creativity, design and I can't get enough of expressive content. My passion also lies in discovering fun hotspots and delicious and nutritious food! So I recently started a big vegetable garden, where I grow all our own fruits and vegetables together with my boyfriend. Besides that I love to cook and discover delicious recipes and food. That's how I discovered Naturally Granola and how I am now addicted to the flavours Speculaas and Roses and Cardamom in my breakfasts. 

Since I find nutrition very interesting, I am also working on a study called Nutritionist. My dream is to be able to help and advise people with a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients - dressing

  1. Divide the spinach, lettuce and edamame beans over the plates and slice the cucumber and pear. 
  2. Divide the cucumber and pear over the lettuce and cut the feta into cubes.
  3. Sprinkle some Provencal herbs over the salad with the feta cheese. 
  4. Next, make the dressing by mixing together the balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, honey and a pinch of salt and pepper. 
  5. Spread the dressing over the salad and top it off with granola!
Quick and easy to make. A nutritious and healthy lunch is served.
