granola breakfast cookies
Jen from Jen Goes Nuts developed these delicious granola breakfast cookies. So are you crazy about cookies and do you use every excuse possible to start your day right with a cookie, here's your excuse!
These delicious cookies are ideal to take to work as a snack, but also super tasty as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 115 Gr (Plantbased) Butter
- 100 Gr Caster Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tl Vanilla Extract
- 150 Gr Naturally Granola
- 120 Gr Oat flour
- 1 Tl Baking soda
- 75 Gr Coconut Flakes
- 90 Gr chocolate Chips (Callebaut is the tastiest!)
- Pinch Of Salt

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Mix the egg, water and vanilla until fluffy.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together.
- Add the butter mixture to this.
- Now add all the other ingredients.
- Roll the dough into balls and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
