GRANOLA CHEESECAKE

@DaniqueCollins has developed these single serving cheesecakes especially for NG. They are easy to make and delicious in combination with the granola from Naturally Granola🧁 Perfect for breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 100 Gr Dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 120 Gr Roses and Cardamom granola (shop here)
  • 500 Gr Raspberries
  • 6 Leaves of Gelatin

Method:

  1. Remove the seeds from the dates and soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and put the dates, (coconut) oil and granola in a food processor. Blend until it is a sticky mass. Pour the granola into a number of small or large baking tins.
  2. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 5 minutes to make them supple. Squeeze the gelatine well and put the leaves together with 5 tbsp water in a saucepan.
  3. Heat the mixture until the gelatin has melted. Pour the gelatine into a bowl with the quark and stir well.
  4. Pour the pie filling into the springform pan and leave to set for at least 3 hours.
