Have you ever banana bread French toast? What about granola?! No? I suspected so. So here's a delicious recipe (also to make vegan) from Fabienne van Models love food.


  • Banana bread (homemadeand if not, you can buy your own!)
  • Two tablespoons (vegetable) milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon agave/honey
  • 1 egg

    * Toppings: Naturally Granola, nut butter, mint


  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Heat some (coconut) oil in a pan.
  3. Cut the banana bread into slices.
  4. Dab the banana bread into your milk mixture.
  5. Place these in the pan and let them fry until brown.
  6. If you, like me, are a salt chew, you can put some agave on the banana bread before you turn it over.
  7. Turn around and fry the other side brown as well.
  8. You'll see that because of the extra layer of agave the bread starts to caramelize!
  9. Go ahead and make as much as you want!
  10. Top off with some nut butter and Naturally granola for crunch!
