Granola Apple Crisp
Granola Apple Crisp 🍎 Stop scrolling because this is the best & easiest apple crumble/crisp you will ever see! This was actually meant for 4 servings but I devoured most of it in a few hours...? The secret here is that I use the coarse & nutty 'signature' granola from @naturally.granola 😏
Ingredients filling
- 4 Large apples (peeled, cored and diced)
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Ingredients Crisp
- 1 1/2 Cups Naturally Grown Granola of your choice
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Almond Flakes
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180℃
Mix the ingredients for the filling into an even layer. - Add the granola to a food processor and pulse until crumbs remain. Combine with the remaining crunchy ingredients.
- Combine with the remaining crunchy ingredients.
Spread apple filling evenly in prepared skillet and top evenly with the crisp mixture. - Press lightly with the back of a spoon. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for a total of 40 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking. If the crispy layer browns too quickly, put the foil back on.
- Serve with yogurt for breakfast, or serve with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
