Granola Apple Crisp

Granola Apple Crisp 🍎 Stop scrolling because this is the best & easiest apple crumble/crisp you will ever see! This was actually meant for 4 servings but I devoured most of it in a few hours...? The secret here is that I use the coarse & nutty 'signature' granola from @naturally.granola 😏

Granola apple crisp


  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃
    Mix the ingredients for the filling into an even layer.
  2. Add the granola to a food processor and pulse until crumbs remain. Combine with the remaining crunchy ingredients.
  3. Combine with the remaining crunchy ingredients.
    Spread apple filling evenly in prepared skillet and top evenly with the crisp mixture.
  4. Press lightly with the back of a spoon. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the oven for a total of 40 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking. If the crispy layer browns too quickly, put the foil back on.
  6. Serve with yogurt for breakfast, or serve with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
