Double Shot Mocha Oatmeal

Method

  1. Combine the oatmeal, 1 espresso, milk, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and chia seeds in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until oatmeal has thickened to your liking.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and pour over 1 espresso, plus other toppings if desired.
