This is the only chia pudding recipe you need

For years I've used different chia pudding recipes. And then I came across this one a few years ago. I never tried another one. This recipe comes from the Simply Quinoa blog



  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature to thicken, about 15 minutes.
    3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3/4 cup milk of your choice, 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
  2. Once thick, stir again and add a splash of additional milk if necessary.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
