Most importantly, our granola contains no preservatives or additives. We stay away from refined sugars, and leave the sweetness completely natural. That's because "refined sugars have no nutrients, they only provide a brief spike in our energy, but nothing more," as Alyssa mentions. However, Naturally Granola products contain natural sugars, which "do contain beneficial nutrients." If you want to include sugars in your diet, "natural sugars are the best choice," she adds.
