Frozen yogurt barks

A beautiful frozen recipe with our delicious granola as topping. This Coconut Yoghurt Bark is a super nice but also delicious recipe for real coconut lovers, developed by Sue van Foodieroomie!



  • 2 cups coconut yoghurt 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tl blue spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup Naturally Granola (order here)
  • Freeze-dried or frozen fruit


  1. Cover a plate with fresh foil
  2. Mix the coconut yoghurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup together until smooth.
  3. Put 1/4 of this people in a separate bowl and add the blue spirulina powder, and mix until the powder is completely absorbed.
  4. Pour the white yoghurt mixture on the plate to a 0.25 cm thick layer.
  5. Drizzle the blue mixture on top of the white one with a tablespoon, make sure that it is evenly distributed.
  6. Use a knife to create the swirl effect 
  7. Use granola and the fruit as topping
  8. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
