Coconut Yogurt Bark

A beautiful frozen recipe with our delicious granola as a topping. This coconut yogurt bark is a super beautiful but also delicious recipe for true coconut lovers, developed by Sue.

    Ingredients

    Method

    1. Cover a plate with fresh foil
    2. Mix the coconut yoghurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup together until smooth.
    3. Put 1/4 of this people in a separate bowl and add the blue spirulina powder, and mix until the powder is completely absorbed.
    4. Pour the white yoghurt mixture on the plate to a 0.25 cm thick layer.
    5. Drizzle the blue mixture on top of the white one with a tablespoon, make sure that it is evenly distributed.
    6. Use a knife to create the swirl effect 
    7. Use granola and the fruit as topping
    8. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
