Choco - Coconut - Date Balls

Developed by Alyssa of Coffee with Alyss. Conceived with Mother's Day around the corner, the perfect recipe to give your mother, besides a lot of love, also something delicious. By the way, also delicious to make every other day of the year!

Choco Coconut Date balls


  1. Mix the ingredients together with a food processor or blender.
  2. Then make round balls of the mixture.
  3. Roll half of the balls through some extra cocoa and the other half through some extra coconut grater.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drape it over the balls.
  5. Put the chocolate-cookos-date balls in the fridge for a while, so that they become nice and cold and firm.
  6. Enjoy!
