Granola recipes

In Curaçao, we eat a lot of banana, and especially plantain. This is a side dish commonly served with fried fish, a stew, and basically anything else. Baked banana is something you can wake me up for. So when I found this recipe, I thought. YAAAS. Give it to me.

This is a healthy version of a banana split. Delicious, creamy, sweet and it has no added sugars! Curious? Check.
