Return Policy

At Naturally Granola we hope that when you place an order that you enjoy this intensely. If this is not the case, please do let us know!

Are you planning to return the granola? You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the granola. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have informed you of the have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refund. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Privacy policy

Of course, Granola complies with the privacy rules, as laid down in the personal data protection act. For example, the buyer always has the opportunity to view, change or delete his / her personal data by logging into his / her account at www.naturallygranola.com.

Naturally Granola will of course save the data entered by the customer in a file. The data is used for the execution of the customer's order and is stored for as long as necessary to solve any problems with the execution of the order. Naturally Granola guarantees that all personal data will be handled with care. The buyer's personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for the execution of the order. Naturally Granola may use the customer's data to advertise products to the customer.

DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

For orders delivered within the Netherlands, an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days applies. The expected delivery time is in working days, as stated in the advertisement of the product. Because the product is made per order, the products are fresh and the delivery time can be less than 3 days, but never more than 3 days (unless otherwise stated due to delivery problems from our supplier).

Where can I find the status of my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace details. The expected delivery time, as shown in the advertisement, is stated in "working days", which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.

We currently ship within the EU, but we are always open to sending our granola somewhere specific for you. 

Payment methods

At Naturally Granola you can pay with iDeal / direct debit, Paypal and credit card.

The payment is per order, and therefore per month (if you use a subscription). Otherwise, just once, of course.

Do you have a subscription? Then your follow-up payments will be debited every time on (or around) the same date. Your order will only be shipped when we have received your payment. 

Can't we write off the amount? Then we will contact you. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your subscription will be terminated. 

 

Liability

At Naturally Granola we pay the utmost attention to our products and to meeting the requirements of food hygiene. Our quality requirements are also very high. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be perfect, but of course we do our utmost. If we see that something goes wrong, we will keep you informed and discuss the possible options.

Naturally Granola gives no guarantee if any defects are caused by the user or a third party. 

Naturally Granola has the right to cancel an already accepted order, we will of course let you know by phone or e-mail. We are not liable for this. 

As a user of our service, you are responsible for the use you make of our service. Any intolerances or allergies belong to the risk sphere of the Customs, and those with whom they are shared. Naturally Granola can never be held responsible for any damage and/or health problems caused by this to yourself or third parties.
