By using our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions define the legally binding conditions when using our website www.naturallygranola.com and the services and products we offer.

At Naturally Granola we naturally hope that when you place an order you will enjoy it intensely. If this is not the case, please let us know! Would you like to return our granola? This can only be done with our refill. The reason for this is that the bags are sealed. So we only take granola back when they are unopened.
Are you planning on returning the granola? Let us know first, then we'll know something's coming. Returns can be sent to Naturally Granola. Address: Sumatraweg 20-22, 3072ZS, Rotterdam.
It goes without saying that Granola complies with the privacy rules, as laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act. For example, the buyer always has the possibility to view, change or delete his/her personal data by logging into his/her account on www.naturallygranola.com.
Naturally, Naturally Granola will save the data entered by the client in a file. The data will be used for the execution of the customer's order and will be kept for as long as necessary to resolve any problems with the execution of the order. Naturally, Naturally Granola guarantees that all personal details will be handled with care. The personal details of the buyer will not be shared with third parties, except for the execution of the order. Naturally Granola may use the buyer's information to advertise products to the buyer.
How long does it take to ship my order?
For orders shipped within the Netherlands, an expected shipping time of 1-3 working days applies. The expected delivery time is in working days, as stated in the advertisement of the product. Because the product is made per order, the products are fresh and the delivery time can be less than 3 days, but never more than 3 days (unless otherwise stated due to delivery problems from our supplier).
Where can I find the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace data. The expected delivery time, as shown in the advertisement, is stated in 'working days', which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs €6,- per parcel.
Can I pick up my order?
Yeah! Sure can. Your order can be picked up at The Social Bakery, part of Bakker Klootwijk in Rotterdam. The address is Lusthofstraat 73, 3061ZG in Rotterdam. When your order is ready you will receive an email from us. Pickup is of course free of charge!
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship within the Benelux, to Greece and England. But if you live somewhere else you can certainly contact us to discuss possibilities, we all like this!
At Naturally Granola you can pay with iDeal/automatic direct debit, Paypal and credit card.
Payment is per order, and therefore per month (if you use a subscription). And otherwise just once of course.
Do you have a subscription? Then your follow-up payments will be debited each time on (or around) the same date. Your order will not be shipped until we have received your payment.
Don't we manage to write off the amount? Then we will contact you. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your subscription will unfortunately be terminated.
At Naturally Granola, we take the utmost care of our products and meet food hygiene requirements. Our quality standards are also very high.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our service will always be perfect, but of course we do our very best. If we see that something goes wrong, we will keep you informed and discuss the possible options.
Naturally Granola makes no warranty if any defects are caused by the user or a third party.
Naturally Granola has the right to cancel an already accepted order, we will of course inform you by telephone or e-mail. We will not be liable for this.
As a user of our service, you are responsible for the use you make of our service. Any intolerances or allergies are part of the risk sphere of the uses, and those with whom they are shared. Naturally Granola can never be held responsible for any damage and/or health problems you or any third party may suffer as a result.
