Acai bowl with a chunky granola topping
At this point every juice bar and restaurant has it. The popular açai bowl.
But if you have the right açai at home, you can also make a delicious acai bowl at home! And then you can top it off with all your favorite toppings, like our homemade granola. We always choose the açai from The Holy Berry
Ingredients
- 100 grams frozen açai pulp
- 1 frozen banana
- One handful of frozen raspberries
- Optional, coconut water
- Your favorite chunky granola
- Fresh Raspberries
- Extra toppings of your choice
Method
1. Put the frozen açai, banana and raspberries in a blender until this is a creamy consistency. If necessary, add a little coconut water.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl.
3. Top with your favorite granola and additional toppings.
