Chia pudding

Chia pudding is great. It's packed with protein so it's perfect for when you're working out at the gym! Chia also makes you feel satiated AND you can make it with so many flavors.

What's also super convenient? You can make this for, say, 2 or 3 days and just keep it in the fridge. That way you'll be ready even faster!

coconut yogurt, nuts, fruit, and, of course, your favorite granola.

Fried eggs with tomato and chickpeas

This is a vegetarian breakfast recipe that I myself recently found through Delicious. That morning I was really in the mood for something nice and warm and savory. And I succeeded well. This made me very happy, and so did Nikos! (He is even more critical than me).

So herewith, one of my new favo breakfasts that is delicious now even with this weather.

Banana oat pancakes

Looking for a healthy pancake recipe? This is my go-to. They are nice and fluffy, super flavorful AND you can put brown bananas in them.

So nice no-waste too! I love it.

Baked banana

In Curaçao, we eat a lot of banana, and especially plantain. This is a side dish commonly served with fried fish, a stew, and basically anything else. Baked banana is something you can wake me up for. So when I found this recipe, I thought. YAAAS. Give it to me. Curious? Check.
